Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable, but the wilderness decor being half empty was a bit disappointing. The service was exceptional, with efficient and friendly staff, although they seemed slightly disconnected at times. The location in the beautiful eastern townships was delightful, offering good hiking trails and a superb gourmet restaurant nearby. The dining experience in the restaurant overlooking the lake was lovely, but there were some service hiccups. Overall, a delightful experience with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers comfortable and spotless rooms, perfect for relaxation with hammocks and sun beds. Lake-facing rooms are recommended for a better view. However, dinner service is unavailable on Mondays.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms overlooking Lake Massawippi were very spacious and comfortable, had everything I could need in it, and were spotless, well-appointed, and totally comfortable. Despite some minor noise from the busy road beyond, the location was beautiful and had good trails to hike nearby. The dining experience was delightful, especially with the view of the lake. The staff was extremely helpful and understanding, though a bit disorganized at times.
The hotel had a very cold ambiance with wilderness decor, offering everything you could need in a room but still wasn't fully ready. The service was a mix of friendly, intelligent, and helpful interactions alongside some frustrating moments. The location provided both serene surroundings and occasional dirtiness. The dining experience varied from very delicious with a lake view to initial service mishaps. The facilities were sufficient but not exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The room was very nice with a fireplace and a balcony offering a stunning view of the lake. The modern and well-furnished room even had a lovely walk-in shower that was better than I expected, maybe because we booked the double room for the lake view.
My stay at the hotel was delightful with cozy rooms overlooking Lake Massawippi and a charming ambiance. The service was very helpful, especially the friendly staff. The location in the beautiful eastern townships provided a relaxing experience, although the noise from the busy road was a minor downside. The dining experience was mediocre, but the facilities were satisfactory overall.
